Valley Points Family YMCA believe exercise and health education are important for people of all ages, incomes and abilities. The government agrees that all people can benefit from good health and wellness programs.

Adult programs include strength training, injury rehabilitation, walking, personal fitness, exercise for beginners, yoga, tai chi, healthy back, weight management, and group exercise including aerobics, martial arts exercise, studio cycling, and much more. Consult program brochure for listing of available classes at our branches (most fitness classes are included in membership).

Youth programs include preschool movement, youth fitness, teen fitness and kids' gyms. Our Y child care programs incorporate health and fitness, too. YMCA Healthy Kids® Day -- the Ys' annual, nationwide celebration of kids' health in spirit, mind and body -- brings family members together to learn how to live healthier lives.
